Shipping policy

• We use Pirate Ship to ensure the fastest and most reliable voyage for your goods.
• Shipping costs be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and the destination of yer order. We offer various shipping options through carriers like USPS, UPS, and others, with rates as they be provided by Pirate Ship.

• Currently, we're settin' sail only within the United States, including all states and territories. Arr, international waters be not within our current map.

• All orders be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• After setting sail, the time it takes for the treasure to reach ye depends on the shipping method chosen:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

• Once yer order has been dispatched, ye'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to keep an eye on yer shipment's journey on the carrier's website.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO) with some carriers. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
• Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to their nature or size. If an item can't be shipped via our usual methods, we'll hoist the flag and let ye know.

• If yer goods arrive damaged or if there be any issue, take heart! Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll navigate through this storm together to find a solution.

• If the carrier claims yer package was delivered but ye have not received it, ye must contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification. We'll launch an investigation with the carrier.

• For details on how to return or exchange yer purchase, please refer to our Return Policy, but remember, ye must initiate this process within 30 days of delivery.
